250-Hour Nail Specialty Program in Centereach, Long Island
Long Island Skin, Lash and Brow Academy now offers a NYS-licensed 250-hour Nail Specialty Program at our Centereach, Long Island campus. This hands-on program covers manicuring, pedicuring, nail extensions, gel nails, nail art, infection control, anatomy, and business practices. Classes begin May 7, 2026, with evening and weekend hours designed for working students. Seats are limited. This school is licensed and regulated by New York State BPSS.

Nail Specialty Program Details
Schedule
Thursday 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Friday 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and Saturday 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. 12.5 hours per week, 3 days per week. Start date: May 7, 2026.
Program Length
250 total clock hours. 20 weeks, divided into 2 quarters of 10 weeks each. Evening and weekend classes designed for working adults in Suffolk County and across Long Island.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition: $3,125. Books: $250. Kit: $275. Non-refundable registration fee: $100. Total program cost: $3,750. Make-up work fee: $12.50 per hour.
Payment Options
Down payment: $650 plus $100 registration fee ($750 total). Weekly payments of $150 until paid in full. We accept cash, check, credit card, and debit card. In-house payment plans available weekly or monthly with no interest. Affirm, Klarna, and pay-later options also accepted.
What You Will Learn
Our 250-hour curriculum covers orientation, safety and health, anatomy and physiology, infection control, client consultation, manicuring, pedicuring, tip application and design, nail wraps, liquid and powder nail extensions, gel nails, nail art, retailing techniques, business practices, and job skills.
